Amid the blooming cherry blossoms and boaters setting their sails on the Bay, San Franciscans are gearing up for a spring season filled with outdoor adventures, sunny days — and ample innovation.

Companies across the city are embracing the season with vigor as they focus on developing cutting-edge solutions and building out cultures that empower their people. For instance, as team members at SoFi help consumers reach their financial goals, they’re supported by a culture that prioritizes internal mobility, which enables them to explore different disciplines and stretch their skills.

Meanwhile, at Crusoe Energy Systems, employees drive the company’s efforts to reduce the environmental impact of computing while leaning on a benefits package that includes an unlimited vacation policy, a fitness stipend and generous parental leave. On the other hand, team members at Carrot Fertility stay busy helping people access the company’s fertility care, family-building support and hormonal care services while prioritizing their personal lives with perks like mental health benefits, wellness programs and generous PTO.

Read on to learn more about what these three organizations and five others offer local tech talent — and check out each one’s open roles.
