Software Development Company Linear Raises $82M Series C at $1.25B Valuation

The company will invest the capital in product development and enterprise customer acquisition.

Linear, a remote company building product development solutions, announced an $82 million round of Series C funding on Tuesday, according to reporting by Reuters.

The company’s latest funding round brings its valuation to $1.25 billion. Its platform helps with issue tracking and project management, featuring tools for managing customer feedback, accessing real-time analytics, facilitating workplace requests and integrating third-party solutions.

The company’s profits increased 280 percent last year, the Reuters article mentioned, and it serves more than 15,000 enterprise customers including OpenAI, Scale AI and Perplexity. Linear plans to invest its new capital in new product development and acquiring larger enterprise customers.
