Join our Talent Development team as an intern focused on enhancing our Job Architecture framework. You’ll work at the intersection of AI, compensation, and organizational design to ensure consistency in role definitions, career paths, and leveling across the company. As a Talent Development Skillbridge Intern, you will be responsible to:

  • Run validated job family rubrics through our AI model and assess the alignment of AI-generated outputs to the intended scope, responsibilities, functional skills, and core competencies
  • Evaluate whether AI-generated role definitions are accurate and structurally sound
  • Partner with Compensation SMEs to review and validate AI-refined job family outputs
  • Assess accuracy of job leveling, progression, and market benchmarking; support decisions to accept or revise AI recommendations

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)

  • Have 180 days of service or fewer remaining prior to your date of discharge and you have at least 180 continuous days of active service
  • Obtain approval from your unit commander
  • MOU must be approved and submitted before start

What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

  • Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
  • Curious and excited about the intersection of talent, technology, and organizational strategy
  • Strong communicator, comfortable working cross-functionally with HR and Compensation teams
